Epoxy is basically a thick paint. It dries as a layer sitting on the surface, so hot tires, moisture and time eventually lift it. Our polyurea base soaks into the open pores of the ground concrete and cures into a chemical bond, then a clear polyaspartic top coat locks in the flake. The coating becomes part of the slab.

The bond is only as good as the prep. We do not cut corners on the grind, because that is what opens the concrete so the coating can lock in.
We clear the space and clean the slab down to bare concrete, pulling up oil, dust and any old failing coating.
We diamond grind the entire floor to open the pores and create the profile the coating needs to bond.
Cracks, pits and spalls get filled and ground flush so the finished floor is smooth, sound and seamless.
We roll on the polyurea base, which penetrates the open concrete and forms the chemical bond to the slab.
We broadcast decorative flake into the wet base to full refusal, then scrape it back to an even, consistent texture.
A clear polyaspartic top coat seals everything in for a tough, glossy, easy to clean finish you park on the next day.
